Sequenced to take you into a deeper understanding of the poses, Raw Flow breaks down key postures to demonstrate the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice. Standing and balancing postures, forward bends and core strength are an emphasis. This class will help bring bodies into balance through correct positioning, building strength as well as flexibility. An emphasis on mindfulness, introspection and calm will help develop clarity of thought.
