🧘🏻‍♀️✨ The yoga classes at Raw Yoga are amazing! I’ve been to two classes so far, one was Power Yoga and the other was more of a Yin Yoga class, and I absolutely loved both! 💕 They were both such beautiful experiences in their own way. The studio is lovely, and Simon, the owner, is such a friendly and welcoming person. 🥰 The day I went, there was even an adorable dog in the class, which brought some extra doggy love to the experience! 🐶❤️ I highly recommend Raw Yoga! You’re going to love this studio! 🧘🏻‍♀️✨🌿💖

The space and facilitators are both welcoming. I recently attended the arm balancing workshop with Dustin Brown. It was high standard offering that catered to all levels. I look forward to returning to the studio and trying out other classes!

Signing up for Yoga Teacher Training program was one of the best decisions of my life. I was originally considering an online course to deepen my practice because it was more economical. Fortunately, when I asked Simon for recommendations, he suggested doing the first program in person to get the most out of it. I am so glad I bit the bullet and signed up with RAW YTT. Side note; I've been coming to RAW to practice yoga for the past 5 years. Within the first four hours of the very first 'school' day, it was clear that doing this in person achieved results that would have taken me ages to accomplish on my own, if ever. Being pushed out of my comfort zone led to immense growth. Even for those not planning to teach, the program offers incredible personal growth and realisations—it felt like four months of therapy. While it is a significant commitment alongside a full-time job and takes up a lot of free time, it is entirely worth it. It will change you forever. I highly recommend this program to anyone considering teaching. A big thank you and Namaste to Simon and all of our beautiful teachers!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There honestly aren't enough stars for me to give Raw Power Yoga in this review. Finding Raw Power Yoga and meeting Simon has genuinely changed my life. From the very first phone call, Simon made me feel welcome. He took the time to talk to me, listen to me and make me feel comfortable before I'd even walked through the door. That meant more to me than he probably realised at the time. I have ADHD, and before coming here I wasn't coping with it particularly well. My mind was always going, and I didn't really understand meditation, breathing or what having real balance in my life could actually feel like. Simon introduced me to nose breathing, meditation and a completely different way of understanding my mind and body. And then there is Savasana. Savasana has honestly changed my life. Learning how to actually become still, breathe, let go and allow my body and mind to settle has had an incredible effect on me. Since starting yoga, I feel stronger in every aspect of my life. I feel stronger mentally. I feel stronger physically, right down to muscles I didn't even realise needed strengthening. I feel more balanced. I feel more at ease. It's actually crazy how good you can start to feel when you consistently give your mind and body what they need. Yoga has now become part of my own life outside the studio too. I practise on my own, and as a personal trainer I've even started bringing some of what I've learned about breathing, movement and balance into the way I work with my clients. That's when you know something has really affected you. It doesn't stay inside the yoga studio. It becomes part of how you live. And it isn't only Simon. Every person he has working there has been amazing. The teachers, the environment and the people create something incredibly welcoming and special. I'm genuinely grateful that I found Raw Power Yoga and that our paths crossed, Simon. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you've taught me and for helping me become stronger, calmer and more balanced in my life. I couldn't recommend Raw Power Yoga highly enough. There simply aren't enough stars for this review. ❤️🙏🧘‍♂️ Namaste 🙏

Yoga teacher training program I did at Raw Power Yoga was well organized and gave me good insight into the ancient art of Yoga at its relevance in our modern world. I use it as a starting point to explore more into this art and to be a successful Yoga teacher in the near future. I highly recommend the course and Raw Power Yoga to anyone interested in learning more about Yoga 🧘 🙏
