Yin Yoga is the perfect balance to your Power practice, offering a deeply introspective style that allows you to truly connect with yourself. In this class, you’ll hold poses for 3–7 minutes, giving your fascia, tendons, and ligaments time to gently stress and release. This protects the joints from atrophy and enhances the strength and flexibility of your muscles.
The real challenge of Yin Yoga is to be still—to spend time with yourself and truly get to know your body, mind, and breath on a deep level. Each session includes guided meditation and breath work to help reduce stress and anxiety, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and at peace.
